We are looking for a competent Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.

The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business.

The Program

Program Highlights

  • 8 weeks of training along with 10 months of work experience at one of our renowned Fintech clients.
  • A chance for you to hone & find new skills in a range of our main Data, AI, Cloud, and Engineering practices. We will help you create the skillset in the area you most want to work in. We want to help you navigate which skillset you wish to develop.
  • You are going to get paid!
  • All those who are successful with their application to the program will lead a permanent position within Synechron.
  • You will get the opportunity to travel to other Synechron locations and work
  • You will get the opportunity to travel to other Synechron locations and work with other geographical locations, albeit you will largely be based in our Belfast office.
